Organizer Responsibilities & Duties Develop and maintain schedules and calendars for various events and meetings Coordinate and communicate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of events Manage event logistics, including venues, vendors, and equipment Provide administrative support as needed, including drafting correspondence and reports Perform other duties as assigned Organizer Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in event planning, business administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in event planning or related field Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
